Andrew Vong


Andrew started his studies in Exercise Sports Science at the University of Sydney and then went on to completed his Bachelors of Health Science and Masters of Podiatric Medicine at Western Sydney University.

Andrew enjoys all aspects of podiatry including nail care/skin care, heel pain, sports podiatry and diabetic management. He has developed his clinical skills training under Sydney’s leading health practitioners in podiatry, sport medicine and podiatric surgeon.

Andrew has particular interest in assessment, diagnosis and management of lower limb injuries. Growing up as a student athlete and playing basketball at an elite level, he has developed a greater understanding of biomechanics and footwear, especially in court sports. Andrew is passionate and believes in providing holistic management plans and working with the patients to achieve desirable outcomes. He enjoys consulting with patients of all activity levels.

Andrew currently works between Eastwood Podiatry Clinic, Sports lab – Drummoyne Podiatry and Orthotic Solution Podiatry in Maroubra. He continues to keep up to date with the latest research and developments in podiatry and also hold membership with the Australia Podiatry Association, Sports Medicine Australia and the Australasian Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine.

When Andrew is not at work you can find him at the latest trending restaurants in Sydney eating away or at the gym working off that extra food.

Hobbies include:

  • watching NRL/NBA/NBL/A-League and NFL
  • and most importantly eating food and more food.
